Thanks for your good advice! I wanted to share with you a small success story. I designed an email followup for brides who visited our booth at the recent Dallas Bridal Show. We have had a 10% response to the email for brides to place orders and prepay for their wedding events with us. I feel in control of the situation by having offered a follow-up with a time limit.
